About Project
Culbert's fascination with light is at the core of the Slow Wonder exhibition branding. The colour palette draws inspiration from the hues emitted by the bulbs often featured in Culbert’s work—blue from fluorescent lights and orange from tungsten bulbs. The use of filled and outlined strokes in the title design reflects the interplay of light and shadow in Culbert's art, in a way symbolising the act of turning lights on and off.
