The Pond recruits two more recruiters

As our business grows and client demands develop, we’ve sharpened our specialist offering (and refreshed the office chat) with two new appointments. 

Heather Ware joined The Pond in May, bringing significant expertise in national and international marketing, with a career delivering business growth alongside creatives and innovative teams. 

Managing rebrands including Te Papa, TSB, and Z Energy, and launching several kiwi export companies such as Oi Organic Initiative and Cervena venison, Heather understands the marketing function inside out. She also founded Oystercatchers NZ a marketing and creative network who help businesses make a positive social impact.  

Having employed and built teams herself, Heather knows how much people matter for successful progress. “Quality candidates want to make a genuine difference. The Pond knows how to find these candidates, and help them develop sustainable careers, doing the work that drives them.”

Speaking of good people, Natasha Hinde has recently joined our Recruitment team. With a background in design and account management, Natasha understands creative roles and the dynamics required from first-hand experience. Here at The Pond, Natasha will provide specialist support around creative and design talent recruitment.

She revels in discovering fresh talent and bringing the right skills together. Natasha values being able to support and help others reach their goals. “My real passion is creating a perfect match between candidates and clients; that’s when great things happen.”
