  • Administration of the profile completion process 
  • 15-minute debrief over the phone with Jason Biggs (per candidate) to discuss their individual test results, skills and strengths 

Tier 2

Online Test, Report & In-Person Consultation 

For a more in-depth analysis of two to three candidates in the final stages of The Pond's 4-week recruitment service.  

  • CliftonStrengths® “Top 5” basic profile 
  • Administration of the profile completion process with the candidate(s) directly 
  • 60-minute debrief in person with Jason Biggs to discuss their individual test results, skills and strengths
